Nori "NON" Matsuura - salon owner / hair stylist

Born and raised in the Kansai region of Japan, NON started his career as a hair stylist in Japan; first in Osaka and then in Tokyo. With a burning curiosity and passion to see the world outside of Japan he took a chance and moved about two decades ago to New York City, the city that continues to charm him to this date.  He opened NON PROJECT INC's current location in 2008 with a loyal following of clients from women and men of all ages including kids. 

NON likes making objects in his spare time and some pieces are displayed at his salon.
